Order Acceptance
An order is not legally binding until confirmed by us via email. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders due to:

Shipping and Delivery
Estimated Delivery Time:
5–10 business days on average. Orders may take longer depending on local customs, carrier delays, holidays, weather conditions, or demand.
Delivery Estimates Are Not Guarantees.
Once an order has shipped, we cannot modify the address or cancel the shipment.
Shipping Responsibility and Risk Transfer
Risk transfers once the package is handed over to the shipping carrier.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, couriers, or circumstances outside our control.
If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but you did not receive it, you must contact the carrier directly. We cannot issue refunds for orders confirmed as delivered.
Lost or Damaged Orders
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us within 7 days with:

Claims submitted after 7 days may not be eligible.
Returns and Refunds
We offer a 30-Day Satisfaction Window (Marketing Period) so you can shop confidently.

To qualify for a return:

In original packaging with all tags attached

Returned within 14 days after receiving approval
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Non-Returnable Items

Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after inspection.
Shipping fees, customs taxes, or insurance costs are non-refundable.
